Tianjin Yuanda Xian Dai Logistics Co., Limited was established in December 18, 2006 with registered capital RMB 10 million. The proportion of shares is 100% for TBTL, which is the wholly owned subsidiary company of TBTL.

The business scopes of Yuan Da Logistics are: the development of logistics technologies, forwarding agency, storage services, import and export service, materials and electronic products sale and so on.

Currently, Yuan Da Logistics is working at the management of the large-scale railway storage site, and planning to set up a steel spots exchange which will be the largest one in Tianjin Binhai New Area.
